Payment
Visa, Mastercard, company check. Do not send payment with your order.
Your order will be acknowledged by fax with the total amount due for your
approval, and your choice of method of payment. Credit card payment will
not be charged until we receive your signed order approval. Our low prices
do not allow us to extend account terms.
Mechanical Art Specifications
Supply camera-ready artwork separated with registration marks when more
than one color imprint is required. Maximum 60 line scree on all spot
colored bags. Half-tones (photos) are available only on 4-color process
bags. Exact registration of spot colors is not available. Allow 1/8"
between colors or supply trapped camera-ready artwork. We cannot be responsible
for contamination of ink colors.
E-Mail Art Specifications
Your order is very important to us and we want to make sure that your
e-mail artwork matches your purchase order. We cannot acknowledge receipt
of e-mail art or confirm acceptability of platform or format without a
purchase order. We cannot open graphic files that are larger than 1.2MB.
Please print our larger files and send as mechanical art. Files for spot
color printing must be on a PC platform only, in TIFF or EPS formats only,
using Adobe Illustrator®, Photoshop®, or QuarkXPress® and
must include your company name, PO number, contact name and phone number.
Include a composite output of the art in the e-mail or send by fax. All
printer fonts must be included with original images only; we cannot accept
scanned images. There is no charge for setting type only to combine with
your corporate logo. A $25 charge will be applied for any of the following:
create output composite, invalid
file format, conversion to camera-ready
art, unacceptable scanned images, resizing,
retouching.
4-Color Art Specifications
CD ROM, ZIP or JAZZ disk in any of the following Macintosh
programs only: Aldus Freehand®, Adobe Illustrator®, Pagemaker®,
Photoshop®, (high resolution, lateral if available), QuarkXpress®,
Corel Draw®. Composite picture must accompany disk.
Hot Stamping Restrictions
Our hot stamped bags are imprinted one at a time
using foil. The bags will show puckering around the copy due to the heat
that is applied to the stamping plate. Two sided stamping shows the metal
plate impression through the copy. Please request a hot stamped sample
bag before ordering to see if this is acceptable to you. No returns or
allowances based on inherent production characteristics will be issued.

PMS color match of ink colors is not available for
foil colors. The closest pigment foil matches are:

Ink Colors for Printed Bags
We are able to match any ink color using Pantone
ink colors by number. If you do not supply a PMS color match we will supply
the closest match available. Light ink colors on a dark bag color will
not show up well and are not recommended. We suggest using a reverse or
drop-out and overprintg to obtain the true ink color match.
Over/Underruns
There are no overruns on hot stamped bags. Our
printed bags are subject to an over or underrun of 20% due to the production
processes used. All overruns manufactured will be invoiced. Our acknowledgement
of your order will include the overrun quantity. Your invoice will show
the exact quantity shipped. If a refund for an underrun is due, a check
will be included with the invoice.
