PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or company check. Do not send payment with your order. It will be acknowledged by fax with the total amount due for your approval, and your choice of method of payment. Credit card payment will not be charged until we receive your signed order approval. Our low prices do not allow us to extend open account terms.
REQUIREMENTS:
Your order is very important to us. We pay close attention to the quality of the artwork we receive. It must be camera ready, color separated, to size. Please follow our specifications below. Artwork not meeting our requirements may incur additional charges ($ 65.00 per hour). On custom printed bags, allow 1/8 of an inch between each ink color and on hot stamped bags, allow ½ inch between each foil color.
DIGITAL ART:
We prefer original vector art created in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. The graphics must be crisp, smooth lines that retain their sharpness and proportions when editing. Please convert all fonts to paths, curves or outlines. For multiple ink colors, submit separate color composite by email.
EMAIL ADDRESS:
Please send artwork via: www.yousendit.com. You will be able to browse your computer for the art file name. Send it to, Marjorie@yourbaglady.com with company name, phone, fax, and contact information. Please include PMS (Pantone Matching System) coated colors with your artwork.
We can accept any size file. We will be notified that you have sent us an art file automatically by You Send It. It is not necessary to call us for verification. Send your order separately by email directly to, Marjorie@yourbaglady.com with the same information, citing the art file name sent. Upon receipt of your order and art, your order will be acknowledged to you.
CUSTOM PRINTED BAGS:
We match any ink color using PMS (Pantone Matching System) coated colors at no charge. Click here to view PMS chart. If you do not specify PMS colors, the closest will be chosen for you. Printing light colors on dark films are not recommended. We suggest using a reverse or drop-out and overprinting to obtain the true ink color. Our screen maximum is 50-65 lines per square inch. All bags will show a rectangular eye-mark at the bottom side of each bag for proper registration of copy on the bag.
HOT STAMPED BAGS:
Hot stamped bags are imprinted one at a time using foil and heat. All bags show puckering around the copy area due to the heat of the printing plate. Two side stamping is not recommended. It will show the metal plate impression through the copy area. Please request a sample bag before ordering. No returns or allowances based on these inherent characteristics.
Over/Underruns:
There is an under or overrun of 20% on printed bags due to the production processes used. All overruns manufactured will be invoiced. Our acknowledgement will include the overrun quantity. Your invoice will show the exact quantity shipped. If a refund is due, a check will be included with the invoice.
